Ready… Set… Yoga!

So, I’m getting ready for my Mom & Baby Yoga class (at UPMC Magee Hospital) and the baby is still sleeping!  I’ve already had to talk myself out of just scrapping the whole idea and enjoying a few more hours of precious sleep, but I didn’t want to let everyone down (and most importantly, myself).  Dad and daughter are at an early morning hockey practice, so I don’t have him pushing me to get moving.  They had to get up at 6 am!

I’ve already fed the baby once, gotten dressed, had my morning pop tart (I know, I should be having fruit or something – it’s just too easy to grab a pop tart instead!), and pumped some milk.  My little guy sleeps quite a few hours at night and then doesn’t eat a whole lot until the afternoon – kind of like me!  So, I wanted to make sure that I didn’t explode or something while doing downward facing dog (I think that’s an actual yoga move – yay for me!).

Well, I had better get moving – I wouldn’t want to try to have another excuse to skip out on my first day!  I’ll let you know how it went!
